    Yes, We can make any blouse with full customization, When you place the order, just drop a note with full measurements:, like Bust, Waist, Arm hole, Sleeves Length, Sleeve Loose, Blouse Length, Front Neck Depth, Back Neck Depth etc. Also you can enter the personalization, when you place the order.   • Do you take custom orders?
    Yes, we accept custom orders. If you want customize any of our designs, please contact us with full details. Also if you want any new design, please send us the blouse design, fabric patter and full measurements. We will check and get back to you.
  • Gift wrapping and packaging
    Available on special request. Drop the note with order for Gift wrapping.
  • Cancellations request for any order
    You can send a request for order cancellation within 5 hours of purchase; we will cancel and send full refund.
  • Damaged item or different item:
    For damaged item, please contact us help center and send us the image of the item showing the damaged part of the blouse. We will issue full refund to you or if you agree to receive another piece of the blouse, we will reship the new item to you again.
  • My order is undelivered, will you issue refund?
    Though very rarely, but it can happen that you may not have received the order. If more than a month has passed, please contact and we will issue full refund to you, but almost all of them are delivered in time.
  • Do you provide 100% satisfaction guarantee?
    Yes, we assure you will be fully satisfied with your purchase from us. In rare event, if something goes wrong, like if the item is lost or if the product arrives delay, We will surely work with you to solve this issue and offer you full refund, you can pay after receive the item or reshipping the new item again as per your choice.
